Privacy Policy
How Helen Gaynor's website handles the information you share through its contact and Next Move Equity Review forms, who receives it, and your choices.
What this site collects
When you submit a form, I collect the information you choose to provide. The hosting and form-delivery services may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, and an optional message, along with the type of request. If you request a Next Move Equity Review, it also asks for the property address, your timeframe, and your preferred meeting format.
The home value request form asks for your first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, the property address, and, if you choose, when you might move. Under the phone number there is an optional box to let me text you about that request.
Please don't send financial documents, account numbers, or other sensitive information through the form.
The site doesn't use advertising or analytics tags, and it doesn't ask you to create an account. If you choose light or dark display, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It isn't sent to me.
Who receives it
When you submit the form, your browser sends it to Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Web3Forms emails a notification to my business inbox and also keeps a stored copy of your submission, which under my current settings is kept for up to three years. My business email is provided through GoDaddy on Microsoft 365. GoDaddy's message inbox may also receive a copy and may send me an alert, which can include the contents of your submission, to a Gmail account provided by Google. At the same time, the website saves your request as a contact in my customer relationship management system, the Mashore Method CRM, which runs on the HighLevel platform, so I can keep track of our conversation. Each of these acts as a service provider that handles your information on my behalf.
Vercel hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it may keep standard request information, such as IP addresses and browser types, to operate and secure the site. That hosting information is separate from the website's own application logs, which are set up to leave out the details you submit through the form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message.
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone else except as needed to respond to your request, with your permission, or as required by law.
How it is used
I use what you send to respond to you: to answer your question, to schedule and prepare your Next Move Equity Review, and to follow up about your request.
I don't currently send marketing emails or newsletters. If I introduce marketing communications, I will obtain any required consent and provide a way to unsubscribe.
Calls and messages
Your phone number is optional. If you provide it, I may use it to respond to your request. On the home value request form, you can also tick a box to let me text you about that request. I only text you if you tick that box, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop. I don't use your number for marketing texts, and I don't sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.
How long it's kept, and your choices
I retain the information you send me for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Under my current settings, the copy stored by Web3Forms is kept for up to three years. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting me as shown below. Some records may need to be retained for legal requirements, and backup copies may remain until routinely deleted.
